The promoter is: Bradshaw Taylor Limited of 16 Mill Street, Oakham, Rutland, UK, LE15 6EA (trading as Schöffel Country) (the “Promoter”).
The title of the competition is Schöffel Country x Knotting Hill Farmhouse Giveaway
The competition will comprise a social media giveaway competition where the prize will be a 3-night stay at Knotting Hill Farmhouse, plus a £500 voucher to be redeemed on the Schöffel Country website. The prize includes a 3-night stay for the winner and up to 18 guests. This includes use of the entire venue and its facilities.
The competition will run from 07:00am on 7th April 2025 (the "Opening Date") and will close at 07:00am on 28th April 2025 (the "Closing Date").
The competition is open to all eligible entrants who complete the following entry requirements before the Closing Date:
(a) Follow @schoffelcountry and @knottinghillfarmhouse on Instagram;
(b) Like the giveaway post;
(c) Comment on the post and tag friends you would like to take on your trip, one comment is one entry. Comment as many times as you like.
No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the Website or to enter the competition.
The Promoter will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are corrupted, not successfully completed or transmitted, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, website, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
By submitting a competition entry, you confirm that:
You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions;
You are entering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person;
You are over 18 years of age; and
You are a UK resident

The competition winner will be chosen on by an online random generator on the 28/04/2025 and subject to the Promoter being satisfied that the eligibility criteria and entry requirements have been met. The decision of the Promoter (acting reasonably) will be final.
The competition is only open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, except:
employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
The Promoter will not accept competition entries that:
are automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);
are completed by third parties or in bulk;
are illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
do not have a valid email address; or
The prize is a 3-night stay at Knotting Hill Farmhouse and one £500 voucher redeemable against purchases made on the Website.
There is no cash alternative for the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
The 3-night stay at Knotting Hill Farmhouse is valid and must be redeemed for a stay within 12 months of promotion, excluding any dates between 1st June to 30th September (inclusive) and any date that is a bank/public holiday or a school holiday date.
The stay at Knotting Hill Farmhouse is subject to availability and Knotting Hill’s normal booking terms and conditions apply. It is the winner’s responsibility to arrange the booking of their stay with the venue.
6. Winners and claiming the prize
The decision of the Promoter regarding the winner is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the competition Closing Date (but usually no later than three days after the Closing Date) via direct message to the winners Instagram account used to complete the competition entry (the “Winner Notification Message”). The winner must confirm that they accept the prize by acknowledging receipt of the Winner Notification Message by replying to the Winner Notification Message within 7 days of the date of the Winner Notification Message. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize and chose a different winner in accordance with these terms and conditions. Upon receipt of the acknowledgement of the Winner Notification Message the Promoter will email the prize voucher to the winner using the same email address.
The Promoter will only contact the Winner on the Instagram account they used to enter via the official @schoffelcountry account. This competition is in no way endorsed, affiliated with, administered, or sponsored by Instagram.
By entering, you consent that, if you win, your name, address and email address will be available to the Promoter and Knotting Hill Farmhouse for the sole purpose of confirming the identity of the winner and organising your prize. Contact details for Knotting Hill Farmhouse will be provided to the winner so they can arrange their stay with the venue.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of prize winners to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to the address set out in condition 1 above marked FAO Digital Team 16 Mill St, Oakham LE15 6EA (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date of the competition.
If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at [email protected][BF3] . In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up or claim the prize.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Data protection and publicity
The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the https://www.schoffelcountry.com/pages/privacy-policy. See also condition 6.3 and condition 6.4, with regard to the announcement of winners.
If there is any reason to believe that you may not meet the eligibility criteria and/or there has been a breach by you of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, change, or cancel the competition at any time and its decision in all matters will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the English courts.
